Endurance Challenge Policy (Including Gift Cards)

1. Overview: The Endurance Challenge at Premium Tattoo Artistry by Daniel Collins is designed to push the physical and mental boundaries of our clients, offering a unique and rewarding experience. This challenge involves intensive tattoo sessions that test stamina and resilience, resulting in detailed and intricate designs.

2. Eligibility:

Participants must be 18 years or older.
All participants must complete a health and medical questionnaire to ensure they are fit for extended tattoo sessions.
A consultation with Daniel Collins or a designated team member is required to discuss the design, placement, and any potential concerns.

3. Pre-Challenge Requirements:

Complete the Endurance Challenge Agreement, acknowledging the physical demands of the challenge.
Provide valid identification and proof of age.
Review and sign the consent form outlining the potential risks and aftercare instructions.
Participants are advised to eat a nutritious meal and stay hydrated before the session to maintain energy levels.

Emmett's Challenge Gift Card: Valued at $200, this gift card serves as the deposit for Emmett's Challenge. The recipient must contact Daniel to fill out the necessary forms to get the process started. The remainder of $535 is due before the appointment time on the day of the session.
