Participants must be 18 years or older. - All participants must complete a health and medical questionnaire to ensure they are fit for extended tattoo sessions. - A consultation with Daniel Collins or a designated team member is required to discuss the design, placement, and any potential concerns

Complete the Endurance Challenge Agreement, acknowledging the physical demands of the challenge. - Provide valid identification and proof of age. - Review and sign the consent form outlining the potential risks and aftercare instructions. - Participants are advised to eat a nutritious meal and stay hydrated before the session to maintain energy levels.

Sessions can last between 6 to 12 hours, depending on the design complexity and participant's stamina. Breaks will be provided as needed. - **Design:** The design will be personalized and approved by the participant before the session begins. Any changes must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. -

Any changes must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.  Any modifications and any prep time or delays to your "Tattoo Time" will be deducted from your 7 hours.  The only way possible to maximize your value on this promotion is to eliminate variables and execute fully developed tattoo plan.

A comfortable environment with appropriate seating, lighting, and temperature control will be provided. Participants can bring personal items such as music, snacks, and pillows for added comfort. 

All equipment will be sterilized, and the highest hygiene standards will be maintained throughout the session. Participants must follow the artist's instructions to ensure safety and quality. 

Participants will receive continuous support and encouragement from Daniel himself but unfortunatly an "entourage" of visitors or guests will not be permitted.  Please come to your appointment alone and prepared to go solo on the day of your appointment for over 7 consecutive hours. 

Scheduled breaks will be provided, and participants are encouraged to take additional breaks if needed. It is important to communicate any discomfort or concerns during the session. - Any breaks initiated by Daniel will not have their duration deducted from your 7 - hours.  If you initiate breaks, Daniel is happy to stop at anytime for your comfort and to ensure the best experience he can offer but any break time duration that is longer than the break time that has been acounted for in the Endurance Challenge Agreement will be deducted from your 7 hours of tattoo time (Reminder *Daniel's breaks will not count against your time)

Participants should drink water regularly and have access to healthy snacks to maintain energy levels. 

Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure proper healing and to minimize the risk of infection. - Participants must follow the recommended aftercare routine and avoid activities that may compromise the tattoo's healing process. - A follow-up appointment will be scheduled to assess the tattoo's progress and address any concerns. 

Participants can cancel or reschedule their session with at least 48 hours' notice. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the booking. - Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit. - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated with Daniel Collins or the designated team member. 

The Endurance Challenge is not suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions or those who are pregnant. - Participants must disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect their ability to participate. - The studio reserves the right to refuse service if the participant's health or safety may be compromised. 

Personal information collected for the Endurance Challenge will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of the challenge. - Photos and videos taken during the session may be used for promotional purposes with the participant's consent.

By participating in the Endurance Challenge, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood this policy and agree to the terms and conditions outlined.
