Important Appointment and Consultation Policy
At Premium Tattoo Artistry, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable tattoo experience for all our clients. To achieve this, we have established the following policies:
Consultation Requirement:
Step One: Consultation: Before booking an appointment, a consultation is required. This can be in-person, over the phone, or online, depending on the complexity of the tattoo.
Step Two: Book an Appointment: Only after the consultation can you proceed to book an appointment. This ensures that both the client and the artist are fully prepared and aligned on the tattoo design.
Punctuality:
Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you will lose your deposit.
Notice for Rescheduling: Provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to another client. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.
Deposit Policy:
Deposit Amount: A deposit of $100 or $200 is required to secure your appointment, depending on the amount of planning and preparation needed.
Non-Refundable: Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy ensures commitment from both parties.
Application of Deposit: The deposit will be applied to the final sitting of your tattoo.
Artwork and Photos: The deposit does not cover the commission of any artwork. I am not obligated to release the artwork, photos, or show the artwork before the first day of your tattoo appointment. You will see your tattoo design on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations:
Definition: A cancellation is defined as an appointment that does not happen and is not rescheduled on the same day. If you cancel or fail to show up for your appointment, you will lose your deposit.
Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice, you can reschedule without any penalties. However, availability is not guaranteed, and you may need to book a new date that fits both schedules.
During the Appointment:
Hourly Charges: Clients are charged per hour of tattooing. Breaks and delays caused by the artist are not included in the chargeable time.
Extended Sessions: Tattoo appointments often go longer than expected. If circumstances allow, I prefer to complete the tattoo in one session rather than rescheduling. Please avoid planning important events immediately after your tattoo appointment to ensure we can prioritize the quality of your tattoo.
Quality Over Speed:
No Rushed Tattoos: I prioritize the quality of your tattoo over the schedule. Tattoos executed urgently are not good tattoos. Therefore, I will never compromise on quality to meet time constraints.
Thank you for understanding and adhering to these policies. They are designed to ensure a positive and successful tattoo experience for both the client and the artist.
Best regards,
Daniel Collins
